All errors share one envelope:

HTTP	Code	Meaning
400	`invalid_request` / `validation_failed`	Malformed or invalid payload
401	`unauthenticated`	Missing, invalid, expired, or revoked credentials
402	`insufficient_credits`	Available balance too low for the job
403	`forbidden`	Authenticated but not permitted (scope, role, verification)
404	`not_found`	Resource missing or not owned by you
409	`conflict` / `idempotency_conflict` / `job_not_cancellable`	State or uniqueness conflict
422	`unsupported_operation`	No enabled provider supports this operation
429	`rate_limited` / `quota_exceeded`	Rate limit or plan quota exceeded
503	`provider_unavailable` / `configuration_error`	Provider down or integration not configured
500	`internal_error`	Unexpected failure (safe, sanitized)
